Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

1. Nature of Service: Self-Guided Transport
JumperTours is a transportation and logistics provider. We offer premium shuttle services to designated shoreline drop-off points at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.

  • No Interpretation: JumperTours provides professional drivers, not interpretive or hiking guides.

  • Independence: Guests are responsible for their own safety, navigation, and time management once they exit the shuttle at the shoreline.

2. Departure & Promptness Policy
To maintain strict schedules and ensure all guests receive their full time at the lakes, our shuttles depart promptly at the scheduled times.

  • The 10-Minute Rule: Guests must be at the designated pickup point (Canmore, Banff, or Lake Louise/Moraine shoreline) at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

  • No-Show/Late Arrival: If a guest is not present at the departure time, the shuttle will proceed without them. Missed departures due to guest lateness are non-refundable.

  • Connectivity Warning: Moraine Lake and parts of Lake Louise are cellular "Dead Zones." Guests are responsible for knowing their return time and location without relying on cell service or GPS.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited seating capacity and high demand for the 2026 season, the following refund schedule applies:

  • 48 Hours or More: Full refund (minus any non-refundable third-party booking fees).

  • Less than 48 Hours: No refunds or date changes will be permitted.

  • Weather Policy: Shuttles operate in rain, snow, or shine. Refunds are only issued if Parks Canada or Alberta Transportation closes the access roads.

4. Wildlife & Transit Safety

To ensure guest arrival times and comply with Parks Canada conservation efforts:

  • No Wildlife Stops: Shuttles will not stop for roadside wildlife viewing (bears, elk, etc.).

  • Traffic Delays: While we strive for punctuality, JumperTours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road construction, or emergency park closures.

5. Luggage, Gear, & Pets

  • Standard Gear: Small daypacks and collapsible hiking poles are permitted.

  • Prohibited Items: Large suitcases, rigid strollers, and oversized photography tripods are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made (due to limited cabin space).

  • Pets: Only certified service animals are permitted on shuttles. No "emotional support" or companion pets are allowed to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

6. Liability & Guest Safety

  • Personal Risk: Guests acknowledge that Banff National Park is a wilderness environment. JumperTours is not liable for injuries, wildlife encounters, or accidents occurring outside the shuttle vehicle.

  • Belongings: JumperTours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle or at the lakes.
