Pickup Information: Pickup begins 1 hour before the tour, first from Canmore and then from Banff. We will send you a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location one day before your tour.
Parents or legal guardians must accompany children aged 15 and under on the tour.
Guests may be asked to provide a photo ID for identity verification.
By joining a Jumper Tours experience, guests understand that photos and videos may be taken during the tour. These images may be used for promotional content, including on our social media platforms.

Wildlife Disclaimer: While elk, bears, and other wildlife are frequently sighted from our shuttles, JumperTours maintains a strict 'No-Stop' policy for roadside wildlife viewing. To ensure all guests receive their full allotted time at the lakes and to support Parks Canada’s efforts in reducing traffic congestion for animal safety, our drivers proceed directly to the shoreline destinations. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the Rockies' wildlife safe and our shuttle schedules on time.

Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
All children, including infants, require a ticket to be able to participate.
Early and late season road closures will limit access to Moraine Lake (until late May and from early October).
Photo ID may be required for identity verification.
By participating in a tour with JumperTours, guests are acknowledging that they understand that we may take video and photographs of them during their tour. These videos and photographs may be used in promotional materials including, but not limited to, social media.

Cancellation Policy: Ensure it is a strict 24-hour or 48-hour window. In the 2026 market, demand is so high that a last-minute cancellation is a lost seat you can't resell.
Weather Policy: "Shuttles operate rain or shine. Cancellations are only issued if Parks Canada closes the access roads. "The "Pickup" Clause: "Guests are responsible for being at the Canmore or Banff pickup points on time. Missed departures are non-refundable."
